Place R hand on back of head, neck, or upper back. Make small elbow circlesBreathe easy.  Stay in a comfortable range. Feel the opening between individual ribs.  Reverse the circle.  Slow and easy will yield best results.
Release.  Appreciate the sensations head to toe on the right side.
Repeat on the left.
