sitting next to someone you love (helps if they also love you) gradually open you arm, shoulder blade and upper chest to put arm around him/her…
Breathe lightly into the area under the armpit (your own, not theirs). Turn and look into their eyes and then turn and look away.  Repeat turn and look several times.

Turn head so slow and so small no one realizes. Let eyes scan the same small amount. Pause. Then take eyes a tinybit opposite the head movement. Do several times until it seems smoother and easier.  Breathe easy throughout. These movements are really nice with eyes closed.
PauseReturn to head and eyes moving together.

Sense the relaxation […]

Place R hand on back of head, neck, or upper back. Make small elbow circlesBreathe easy.  Stay in a comfortable range. Feel the opening between individual ribs.  Reverse the circle.  Slow and easy will yield best results.
Release.  Appreciate the sensations head to toe on the right side.
Repeat on the left.
